Why Image stitching?
1. To create a macro view of the sample – Largest Field of View (lowest magnification 2,5x objective) is +- 1.8 x 1.8mm
2. To create high resolution images – Stitched image gives higher resolution and more detail
3. More accurate Pattern positioning
4. Zoom possibility for detailed observation
5. Stitched Images gives improved visualisation of the Heat Affected Zone
