NEW ERP SYSTEM & CONFIGURATOR 2.0

Dear Business Partner,

The philosophy of INNOVATEST Group of Companies is centered around renewal and innovation, extending beyond our range of Hardness testers to encompass operational excellence. Our online configurator and the distributor’s portal stand as tangible evidence of this philosophy, and we are excited to share that our team is diligently working on the development of the Online Configurator 2.0.
Further information on this update will be provided early next year.

Simultaneously, innovation remains a focal point within our current organization in Maastricht. The first step involves migrating to a cloud-based ERP system, which is set to significantly enhance accessibility and reporting efficiency compared to our current system.
The subsequent step is the implementation of a new CRM system, slated for execution once the ERP system is operational.
Our sales team will keep you informed about the progress of the CRM system implementation.

The migration to the new ERP system for quotations, order administration, production, and warehousing is now in its final phase—specifically, the implementation of the database into the live environment.
As we move towards the « going live » phase, there may be slight delays in providing the information you request from us.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and request your support during this period, particularly as we navigate through the year-end rush.

For any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our sales team.

Dear Distributor,

A little while ago, we’ve launched our very own Hardness Conversion App. With this convenient sales-tool, you can rapidly convert your hardness values to the most widely accepted hardness testing standards. The app also includes a Hardness Calculator to rapidly calculate hardness, diagonals and tolerances instead of looking them up in tables. You can also view all of our hardness testers in their correct scale with the Augmented Reality feature. Download it for free!

PARTICIPATION CONTROL EXHIBITION STUTTGART CANCELLED

Dear Distributor,

After two years of not being able to participate in external events, we were very much looking forward to welcome you on this year’s CONTROL Exhibition.

In the light of all global turmoil due to Covid19 and the war in the Ukraine, INNOVATEST Europe BV has decided not to participate in the CONTROL Exhibition in 2022. The efforts that need to be undertaken by our company (transporting machines and building up a booth) are in sharp contrast with the expected number of visitors, while visitors of certain area’s in the world are not allowed or find it difficult to travel to the exhibition at all.

INNOVATEST  will announce a large number of new products shortly and therefore we will contact all our Distributors to invite you to our company and to get updated on all the news.

Of course we will use all social media channels and our website to inform as many end-users as possible about our latest developments. We will also continue to participate in local exhibitions around the globe to assure that our marcom activities will not stay unnoticed.

Please contact our Sales Department for more information.
